Never get rid of anything to do with PCs. Stuff fails and a collection of bits can save a lot of headaches in the future. If you don’t know how to securely wipe a hard drive then you are better off storing it, preferentially next to big magnets. This is especially true of windows boxes, which just seem to love storing private data in oddly named temp files.

that is a joke, how much you can get for that stuff…. $25 for RAM, you can get about 1gb RAM DDR2 not 256 mb, and that hard drive is worth like $10 not $100, I understand that was in 2007 but w.e.

The “board” on your harddrive is often removable (so you can swap harddrives), Atleasat in my antique dell lappy it is.

Some good working pentium III class (500mhz) still can fetch around 100US$ on the market here.
So expect to get around 70US$ each, but I’m sure shipping & handling would be a lot more than that; well of course if u can get a whole container of working-2nd-hand laptop from various brand (as long as it works), u can easily make thousands of dollars profit.

I know it is an old video but generally if you pull off the board on the harddrive there are pins underneath. it was with my old dell anyway.

@supertommy33 i heard of them, no they are really bad the speakers really suck, do not buy a custom made gaming laptop from an unknown company, a desktop would be fine but you shouldnt trust custom laptops from anyone like that
