@alem000 dude…. I got mine refurbished for 450 from geeks.com…. i hope i’m not too late – 800 is way too expensive for a refurb… in fact, 800 is too expensive for a new one

i love this computer..only thing i dont like…it gets hot..but its a gaming laptop so thats goin to happen..other than that its amazing

Ive only seen one color scheme, the color is kind of coper and changes in different lighting from dark brown to orange, the blue writing is trom blue lighting
why is there 2 different looks of G50?, one is with orange colouring and the other with some kind of blue drawing on the top.
which is which?, I am seriously thinking on buying the ASUS G50v, but I want the one with no orange colouring.
Ive had mine since February, and have been able to play every new game that i can play on my big PC
the only thing i dont like is the touchpad and the speakers are too quiet

hi i got this laptop and its working great BUT if anyone can help me… sometimes when i right click on my desktop to do refresh it says “windows explorer has stopped working” and then the screen goes blank for a second and comes back. how do i stop that?

@ameer2468 Like microvision9 said, you need to test it by yourself. BTW, 3D Cinema already existed before you were even born
With the 3D Glasses you can play 3D games too (using the Tridef software too)
P.S. – It’s a great computer for gaming AND you don’t have to pay extra for glasses xD

@microvision9 it shows you that through glass there is one clear picture instead of two, which proves that it’s 3D display

i think it’s not a clever to use the glass with a recording camera
this technology built on mind illusion and you must have 2 eyes to feel it . i think this technology is the hardest to be reviewed cause you must test it by your self
